Objectives: The overall objective of the project is to address the remaining gaps and barriers in Georgia's national Framework to comply with the Enhanced Transparency Framework (ETF) of the Paris Agreement. 

The specific objectives of the project are:

1.  Develop an Integrated National Climate Transparency Platform;

2.  Enhance National Transparency Platform Modules to meet ETF requirements;

3.  Incorporating the National Transparency Platform into Reporting and Planning Processes.

Project activities: Institutional strengthening and inter-agency coordination mechanisms; Monitoring, reporting, and verification (MRV) system development and data management; Demonstration projects, technology transfer, and sustainable solution piloting; Technical standards establishment, certification, and quality assurance framework; Gender mainstreaming, social inclusion, and community engagement strategies; Resource mobilization, financial mechanism development, and sustainability planning; Post-implementation evaluation, knowledge management, and best-practice scaling.
