which meets in full session twice a year – its thematic committees work all year round providing policy advice and recommendations to the staff.
Day-to-day management is undertaken by collegial Troika formed by the Executive Director and two Directors in accordance with the policies and guidelines established by the Board. The position of Executive Director is rotated every year between the members of the Troika. Staff are drawn from Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia. |
