The goal of this Programme is to:
implement programmes and projects aiming to solve the existing environmental problems at regional, national and local level through providing Environmental Government structures of the South Caucasus countries with expert assistance, financial and technical support in the following areas:
Environmental Policy
Environmental policy and strategy: analysis, forecasting, activities
LEAPs
Local Environmental Action Plans (LEAPs)
